There are so many new $5,000 + donors that the recognition wall is teeming with all colours of Salmon representing the thousands of dollars donated this year. We look forward to the next Salmon recipients to be recognized on this beautiful Salmon stream themed wall.

This new wall, highlighting twin themes of salmon and water, recognizes those individuals and companies who have made substantial gifts. As well, the names of individuals to be honoured or memorialized (see section below for criteria) will be included on this wall.
The categories include:
Friend: gifts up to $4999 *
Partners - Bronze - $5000+
Benefactors - Silver - $10,000+
Patrons - Gold - $50,000+
Founders - Platinum - $100,000+
Cornerstone - $500,00+ * This category will be recognized electronically. Special Honourees and Memoriams
This section of the wall, “Honourees” and “Memorial Tributes" permanently recognizes those individuals for whom gifts have been received totalling $2,000 or more. Families will be contacted when donations are approaching this threshold amount, in the event that they and other friends wish to top up the donations and secure an individual’s name a place on the electronic wall. For all memorium gifts, a sympathy/remembrance/honour card is sent to the family.advising them that a donation has been made to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation in their loved ones name and includes your name & address(but not the amount donated).
Recognition Matters
All donation categories are cumulative (beginning April 1, 2003) and will be updated annually at fiscal year end and reclassified.
