Donors to the Foundation who have supported work of the Foundation by contribution with an accumulation of $5,000 or more up to $10,000 are recognized as Partner of the Foundation. This membership is recognized with a Bronze salmon plaque on the Foundation’s recognition wall.
Amanda Corrie and Chantelle Burgess attended the Bollywood Bang October 5, 2019. Both of these young women lost their mothers within a year of each other and with those tragic events their friendship became even stronger. Amanda and Chantelle had often spoken about the best way to honor their dear mothers. The Bollywood Bang event presented them both with an opportunity to make a donation to the Shuswap Hospital Foundation in memory of their mothers. Recently the two women met again at the Shuswap Lake General Hospital to be there for the installation of the fish that was in memory of Rose Malischewski & Angela DeRaine.
